According to Chambers 20th century dictionary "deep thought, serious continuous contemplation, especially on a religious or spiritual theme."

Why Meditate? The origin of meditation is spiritual in nature - to reach nirvana (or God consciousness). Meditation can be used progressively for self realization, improvement, growth, & empowerment. Through meditation, a state of equilibrium, mental health, tranquility & the ability to be really present, are among potential benefits.

Serena teaches an in person class consisting of 6 different methods of meditation and focusing techniques. Covered in the class are ways to cleanse and relax one's energy field; calm & quiet the mind; ground & centre oneself; and creating the things one wishes to manifest in life.

The class takes 2 1/2 hours at a cost of $110.
